How value reaches members

Direct influence. Shared participation.

Two distinct engines connect voluntary choices to the people who help the network grow—first through direct purchase influence, then through equal member participation.

Direct influence

One hop only

30%

From each qualifying direct purchase.

After you purchase a certificate, followers can choose to syndicate that purchase within limits they control. When that direct choice creates a qualifying purchase, you receive a 30% commission. Attribution and commission stop after one hop and never form a multilevel chain.

Shared participation

Equal share

50%

Of each day’s eligible primary-certificate revenue actually received.

Each day, Orchards allocates 50% of the eligible primary-certificate revenue it actually receives equally among active individual members. Membership is free, and no certificate purchase is required to participate in member distributions.

Understand member distributions

Make the mechanics concrete

Model direct commissions and member distributions with assumptions you control.

Realized direct commissions depend on voluntary qualifying purchases. Neither commissions nor member distribution amounts are guaranteed.

Follow with intention

Let inspiration become participation.

Choose whose purchases you want to follow, set your own spending limits, and pause whenever you like. When followers act on something you discovered, your direct influence is recognized and rewarded.

Your choices. Your limits. One direct connection.

Grow together

Belong to a network that gives back.

Each day, Orchards shares half of the eligible primary-certificate revenue it actually receives equally among active individual members. Participation does not depend on buying certificates or owning a particular collection.

Built for active members—not only its biggest buyers.

Open and honest

Participate on your terms.

Orchards is designed to make relationships, participation, and rewards understandable from the beginning.

Free to belong

Membership is free. Buying certificates is never required.

You remain in control

Following someone is social by default. Purchase syndication requires your affirmative choice, with limits you control.

Influence stays direct

Attribution and commissions recognize one direct connection—never a multilevel chain.

Certificates remain collectibles

They can carry cultural and personal meaning, but they do not provide equity, governance, or member-distribution rights.

Questions, answered

Know what to expect.

Is Orchards free to join?

Yes. Membership is free, and purchasing a certificate is not required to participate socially.

What happens when I follow someone?

Following is social by default. Syndicating someone’s purchases is a separate choice that you can enable, limit, pause, or stop.

How do syndicated purchases and commissions work?

When you choose to syndicate someone, their certificate purchase can trigger a separate purchase for you. It mirrors their quantity up to the maximum and spending limits you set. The person whose purchase directly triggered yours receives a 30% commission from your syndicated purchase.

When your direct followers syndicate a purchase you make, each eligible follower completes their own separate purchase and you receive that same direct commission from each one. If their followers later syndicate them, those commissions belong to them—not to you.

What are Orchards certificates?

Certificates are digital collectibles with social and cultural meaning. They are not equity, governance rights, or claims on member distributions.

How do member distributions work?

Each day, Orchards shares half of the eligible primary-certificate revenue it actually receives equally among active individual members. Certificate ownership and purchasing do not affect a member’s share, and distributions arrive in the same Orchards account used for commerce.
