Your Orchards account brings your activity together in one place. It holds your available USDC balance for certificate purchases and receives deposits, commissions, resale proceeds, and member distributions. You can fund your account using the Base network, see when funds become available, and connect a personal Base wallet when you are ready to withdraw.

Simply come back and sign in. If you go 12 consecutive months without signing in, your membership may be marked inactive and you will not share in distributions completed while you are inactive. Money already credited to your Orchards account remains yours.

Yes. You remain in control of your account. You can end your current session, sign out on every device, or ask to close your account. Orchards may still need to preserve records of certificate ownership, completed transactions, safety decisions, and other legally required activity.

Following someone brings more of what they share, create, collect, and care about into your Orchards experience. It creates a social connection only—it never gives Orchards permission to spend your money.

No. Following is about connection. Purchase syndication is a separate choice that you must deliberately turn on, with spending limits that you control. You can follow someone for years without ever syndicating one of their purchases.

Discovery helps you find people, communities, collections, and stories through the interests and relationships that connect you. Instead of dropping everything into one endless popularity contest, Orchards helps you understand why something reached you and who helped it travel.

Yes. Businesses, cultural institutions, governments, community organizations, and other accountable groups can establish their own presence, share their work, create collections, and build real relationships with the people they serve.

Yes. Following someone, sharing publicly, receiving notifications, and enabling purchase syndication are all separate choices. Orchards does not quietly turn one choice into permission for another.

An Orchards certificate is a digital collectible that lets you hold onto something meaningful—a creator’s work, a shared moment, a place, an idea, an event, or part of a community’s history. It can say, “This mattered to me” or “I was part of this.”

Certificates are not stock or investments. They do not grant ownership of Orchards, governance power, guaranteed profit, redemption rights, or a larger member-distribution share.

A collection is the larger story or body of work. An edition is a particular release within that collection, with its own artwork, available supply, and price. A collection can grow through many editions over time.

Collections can come from Orchards, individual creators, organizations, governments, cultural institutions, and other eligible participants. Each collection clearly identifies who created or administers it. Orchards sells the primary certificates so that the purchasing experience remains consistent for every member.

Yes. Every edition has a published maximum supply, so collectors can understand how many certificates may exist before they buy. Certificates may be released over time, but Orchards will not quietly issue more than the edition allows.

Orchards keeps a clear record of who owns each certificate and how ownership has changed over time. You do not need an external wallet or a separate blockchain transaction to own or prove ownership of a certificate within Orchards.

Yes, when the certificate is eligible for resale. You choose the asking price and whether the listing may participate in purchase syndication. The certificate remains yours until a sale is completed, but resale demand and liquidity are never guaranteed.

Yes. You will have an opportunity to review a purchase before completing it. If payment fails, nothing is purchased and ownership does not change. Once a sale completes, the payment and certificate transfer are final through the ordinary Orchards process.

It could, but there is no promise that it will. A certificate may become personally, socially, culturally, or financially valuable to someone else, but its first value should be what it means to you. Collect what matters—not what someone promises will make you rich.

A creator can turn meaningful work into something people can discover, collect, share, and keep. Art, stories, designs, performances, ideas, and cultural moments can live beyond the next disappearing post and become part of a lasting relationship with the people who value them.

No. A small community that deeply values someone’s work can be more meaningful than a huge audience that barely notices it. Orchards is for globally known creators and for people whose work matters profoundly to a much smaller circle.

Orchards helps creators build lasting communities around their work. When a creator’s certificate purchase directly inspires an eligible purchase by someone who chose to syndicate them, the creator receives the 30% direct-source commission. Orchards is the seller of primary certificates, so creating or administering a collection does not by itself give the creator its primary-sale proceeds.

No. Orchards does not add a separate platform transaction fee or creator royalty to certificate resales. The seller receives the full price of an ordinary resale. If the seller chooses to make the listing available for syndication, 30% goes to the person who directly inspired the purchase and 70% goes to the seller.

Yes. Organizations, governments, institutions, and other eligible participants can create collections that preserve history, celebrate communities, recognize important moments, or help people feel connected to a shared purpose. Each edition can have its own artwork, supply, and price.

No. Publishing a collection on Orchards does not transfer ownership of the creator’s work to Orchards. Creators keep the rights that belong to them while giving Orchards the limited permission needed to display and operate the collection.

Purchase syndication lets you say, “When this person discovers something worth collecting, I may want to collect it too.” If someone you follow completes an eligible certificate purchase, Orchards can make a separate purchase from the same edition for you—only within the limits you chose.

Automatic collecting lets you choose the kinds of certificates that matter to you and decide how often Orchards may look for one to purchase. You choose the topics, schedule, maximum quantity, and spending limit. Every automatic purchase remains subject to your account-wide safeguards and can be paused whenever you wish.

Because an automatic collecting purchase begins a new purchase rather than following someone else’s, it can also become the beginning of a new syndication wave among people who have chosen to syndicate you.

No. Syndication is off until you deliberately enable it for a particular person and confirm that you understand how it works. You control the quantity, per-purchase spending, daily, weekly, and monthly limits. You can also pause all automatic purchasing and protect a portion of your balance from being spent.

Orchards never stretches beyond the boundaries you set. It purchases only the number of whole certificates allowed by your settled balance, spending limits, protected balance, and the remaining supply. If even one certificate cannot be purchased safely, nothing is bought and you are not charged.

When your purchase directly inspires an eligible purchase by someone who chose to syndicate you, you receive 30% of their completed purchase. If they spend 10 USDC, you receive 3 USDC. The remaining 7 USDC goes to Orchards for a primary sale or to the certificate owner for a syndicated resale.

Yes—and this is where the power of connection becomes visible. Your purchase can inspire purchases by your participating followers. Each of those purchases can then inspire that person’s participating followers, allowing one meaningful discovery to travel through many communities.

No. Every commission belongs only to the person whose purchase directly inspired the next purchase. If John inspires Sally, John may earn from Sally. If Sally then inspires Mary, Sally may earn from Mary—but John does not. Opportunity can travel widely without commissions forming a chain.

No. Orchards does not pay anyone for recruiting people, joining a team, or building a downline. A commission exists only when one completed certificate purchase directly inspires another completed purchase by a follower who previously chose to participate.

Every commission stops after that one direct relationship.

No. Every follower makes their own decision. They must choose to syndicate you, have available funds, remain within their limits, and be able to purchase an available certificate. A large audience creates possibility—not a promise.

Yes, when the certificate owner chooses to make the listing available for syndication. Participating followers purchase other available certificates from the same edition, beginning with the lowest-priced eligible listing. If another certificate is not available within a follower’s limits, nothing is purchased.

No one is charged for a certificate they cannot receive. Orchards serves one purchase wave before moving to the next, and earlier follow relationships are considered first within that wave. If supply runs low, some people may receive fewer certificates than requested—or none at all.

A member distribution is one of the ways Orchards turns shared success into mutual prosperity. For every completed UTC day, Orchards places half of the eligible primary-certificate revenue it received into a member pool and divides it equally among all active individual members.

Every active individual member qualifies equally. You do not need to purchase a certificate, spend more money, syndicate anyone, refer friends, create content, or have followers. Organizations do not participate, and one person cannot gain extra shares through additional profiles or software Actors.

No. A member with no purchases receives the same share as a member who spends frequently. Belonging—not spending power—is what matters.

Only primary-certificate revenue actually received by Orchards counts. When a purchase has no direct commission, Orchards receives the full amount and places half into the member pool. When a 30% direct commission applies, Orchards receives the remaining 70% and places half of that amount into the pool. For example, a direct 10 USDC purchase contributes 5 USDC to members. A syndicated 10 USDC purchase pays 3 USDC to the direct source and contributes 3.50 USDC to members.

No. The amount depends on how much eligible revenue Orchards actually received that day and how many active individual members share it. Some days may produce meaningful distributions, some may produce very small ones, and some may produce none.

Yes. Orchards can show what your share would be based on the eligible revenue received and the active membership at that moment. The estimate can change until the day is complete, so it should be understood as a live possibility—not a promised payment.

It goes directly into your Orchards account, alongside any deposits, commissions, or resale proceeds you receive. You can use available funds for certificate purchases or withdraw them when eligible.

Orchards completes each daily distribution as one protected event. Either every eligible member is credited correctly or no one is partially credited. If the distribution cannot be completed, Orchards tries again without creating duplicate payments.

Orchards currently uses USDC on the Base network for certificate commerce. Your Wallet page shows the correct deposit address and network. Always send only Base-network USDC to that address.

Not to join, connect with people, or participate socially. You need a compatible way to send Base-network USDC if you want to fund certificate purchases. To withdraw as an individual member, you connect and verify a personal Base wallet that you control.

Orchards is intended for people around the world, and no single local banking system can serve everyone equally. USDC on Base provides a common digital way to settle certificate purchases and payments across supported locations. USDC is designed to track the U.S. dollar, but it and the Base network still carry risks that members should understand.

Yes. Once your funds are settled and your available balance reaches the 10 USDC withdrawal minimum, you can send them to your verified personal wallet on Base. Any applicable network fee is separate from certificate purchases and sales.

Orchards protects your account and the financial activity inside it. You control the personal wallet you connect for deposits and withdrawals. Orchards will never need your personal wallet’s private key or seed phrase. You are responsible for protecting your password, authenticator, devices, and personal wallet.

No. Orchards provides records and statements to help you understand your activity, but each member is responsible for the taxes and reporting requirements that apply where they live. When in doubt, seek advice appropriate to your circumstances.

Orchards does not store your password in a form that can be read back. Sensitive account and wallet actions receive additional protection, and you can sign out every active session if you believe a device or account may have been compromised.

An individual withdrawal can go only to a personal Base wallet that you have verified. Important wallet changes and withdrawal requests require fresh security confirmation, and the requested amount is set aside while it is processed so it cannot also be spent elsewhere.

Orchards is global, but the rules and services that support digital commerce are not identical everywhere. Local law, sanctions, network availability, or service-provider coverage may prevent a particular payment, purchase, or withdrawal feature from being offered in some locations.

No. Orchards is not built around turning your attention, emotions, or personal life into an advertising product. Its business model is based on certificates and attributable commerce—not on keeping people compulsively scrolling so their attention can be sold.

People can see what you choose to make public, such as your name, profile, posts, and visible social or certificate activity. They cannot see your password, security information, wallet balance, deposits, or withdrawals. Orchards keeps your public identity separate from your private account and financial information.
