Our standard

Accessibility is part of the experience.

Orchards uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the standard guiding the design and implementation of its website and web application.

Accessibility is reviewed as the service changes. Automated checks help identify common issues, while keyboard use, responsive layouts, zoom, focus behavior, and assistive technology semantics require human review as well.

This statement describes our accessibility posture; it is not a claim that every page has received independent certification. If something prevents you from using Orchards, we want to know and help.

What we support

Our work follows four practical accessibility principles.

Perceivable

Meaningful images include text alternatives, information is not conveyed by color alone, and text is presented with readable contrast and spacing.

Operable

Navigation and interactive controls support keyboards, visible focus, practical touch targets, and movement through the experience without requiring a mouse.

Understandable

Pages use consistent navigation, clear labels, plain instructions, and useful feedback when information is missing or an action cannot be completed.

Compatible

Semantic HTML, descriptive names, status announcements, and predictable structure help browsers and assistive technologies interpret the experience.

If the usual path does not work for you, tell us.
